Introduction to Dataw Pickleball
Dataw Island Pickleball Club(DIPC) was formed to promote play of the game and camaraderie with fellow players of all skill levels and non-players around and on our courts.
Dataw Island features four lighted pickleball courts overlooking Jenkin’s Creek. The Gazebo invites all to gather round for viewing or resting between games.
The Dataw pickleball courts are operated and maintained by Dataw Island Club (DIC). To play on the courts you need to subscribe to the Pickleball amenity package. Fees are $25 per month for non-tennis members and $10 per month for tennis members. Contact Holly Mason at 843 838 8261 or holly.mason@dataw.com
Dataw Lawn and Racquet Center has an onsite USAPA-certified instructor - Warren Florence, to help you learn the game and improve skills in every level of play. His offices are in the Lawn and Racquet Center and can be reached at 843 838 8416 or lawnandracquet@dataw.com
You can reserve courts through the online reservation system . Visit https://members.dataw.com/group/pages/pickleball-reservation to see all the games you can participate in.
Dataw Pickleball also has a social club which operates 10 to 12 events throughout the year. There are currently over 120 households that are members of the Dataw Island Pickleball Club (DIPC). To learn more about the club you can explore Dataw Pickleball. Through the website you can
